Last year I had pain behind the knees, just above the right leg and under my Hammy. I think now walk again after 45 weeks a mile. no idea what is it?

Obviously this is due to the implementation. Try using a treadmill for a while. Keep an eye on him when they go see a doctor. Feel better!
